So it’s very important for teachers to give technical education and allow the student to have critical thinking and teach them life skills which will not only help them in their career path but also will help them in the real world college degree is very important but is not that much important if you are not that much very well prepared for the real life.

Teachers should really focus on career learning opportunities and should teach them skills related to

When you are giving and providing valuable skills are learning opportunities to the students not only their confidence will increase but also they will feel financially secure because these skills such as communication and problem-solving are the need by the current generation and time.

3. Allow the students to explore

Give a free hand to the students and allow them to explore their interests and what are the things that they love to do because, at the end of the day, it is all about being happy in this world.

So if a student is not happy doing those boring things that you are asking him or pushing him to do there is no point of that you are getting them prepared for real-world skills because in the real world, that person is going to do the best or meet the best office potential who has that kind of a will power to listen to his heart and go for the beyond his limits.

4. Develop social skills

It’s very important for the teacher to develop social skills such as communication skills because the day if you are not that much listen and talk to the person who standing in front how the hell are you going to sell your product or apply for the job?

If you cannot talk to your clients of yours or do not know the customer needless and what kind of product to your she wants. Very important that a teacher should work on the communication skills because if a student is very much on the front foot to talk to anyone then it is very easy for him to express his ideas or to talk to someone standing in front of him because communication is the first step to impress anyone.

Why do we have to prepare students for the real world?

No, our students are not prepared for the real world. Since we were kids we are also heard this thing very often that if you get a college degree got a perfect job your dreams will be fulfilled and you are going to live the life to the fullest and every wish will be fulfilled because you have money power and position but one thing that is very lacking in our education department and educational infrastructure that thing is mental toughness as a young person.

Unfortunately, our social skills are not that much developed, especially this thing has been seen in the school or in the high school students that they are not very much socially competent.

To conclude we can say that the teacher should really focus on training the young generations for the real world because the real world is very hard and tough and if you are not that much focused and tough then, unfortunately, you won’t be able to survive in this hypocritical world.
