2. Better Rest and Sleep

When we sleep well, our minds and bodies feel refreshed. This makes it easier to focus and learn during the shorter school hours.

Teachers who know students well can tailor lessons to their needs. In shorter hours, these connections grow quicker, making learning enjoyable and fruitful.

In college or university, teachers periods are very short but in school everything is different. Giving teachers enough rest helps in school for a short time because it keeps them energized and ready to teach well. When teachers are less tired, they can plan fun activities and engage students better.

Schools should use technology to save time becuase their result is very good. Tech tools can explain complex stuff easily.

Long time gives more money but on shorter days, they can save money on things like electricity, transportation, and facility maintenance.
