 if we have a shorter school day except for longer hours, teachers can make sure lessons are clear and fun. In the light of the expert opinion, the same as many students said, “I learned more in the shorter lessons because they are interesting.” So, even with less time, we can still learn a lot if it’s high-quality learning.  

2. Better Rest and Sleep

I advise all my readers to please look into those schools whose times are long and also look at those schools whose times are shorter, the bad effect is that shorter time school students are better all the way because they complete their sleep. When we sleep well, our minds and bodies feel refreshed. This makes it easier to focus and learn during the shorter school hours.

Schools with shorter time provide a lot of benefits like less pressure on students. In fact, a Longer school day is not good for kids if they are in any age and if you see any student feeling, you must observe when school starts times. Teachers who know students well can tailor lessons to their needs. In shorter hours, these connections grow quicker, making learning enjoyable and fruitful.

8. Rest for Teachers

In college or university, teachers periods are very short but in school everything is different. Giving teachers enough rest helps in school for a short time because it keeps them energized and ready to teach well. When teachers are less tired, they can plan fun activities and engage students better.

Schools should use technology to save time becuase their result is very good. Tech tools can explain complex stuff easily.

10. Lead to low Costs

Long time gives more money but on shorter days, they can save money on things like electricity, transportation, and facility maintenance.
