Allah has given us both ways, The path of Rehman and the path of Shaytaan. They told us that if we do good deeds and choose the way of Allah, heaven will be given and if we do evil deeds then they are thrown into hell. As a human, the mindset of sins, We believe that Allah will wipe it out easily. This thinking leads to evil and evil leads to hell.

So, we cover the forgiveness of sins with just only one powerful dua as narrated in an authentic hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This is recorded in Sahih Bukhari (6405) and Sahih Muslim (2691):

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ “‏ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ‏.‏ فِي يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ حُطَّتْ خَطَايَاهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مِثْلَ زَبَدِ الْبَحْرِ ‏”‏‏.‏

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “Whoever says, ‘Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,’ one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.

As you can see in the picture it is impossible to count the number of foams in the sea, so the person who recites this dua as mentioned in the hadith will be forgiven of all sins.
