They have the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them, without the pressure of having all the answers. This mindset of curiosity and constant learning can lead to more exciting experiences and personal growth, while a teacher often has to focus on teaching and guiding others, which can be more stressful and less flexible.

This "Ma Sha Allah" is an Arabic word, Let's separate it to know the meaning:

1: Ma ما: Means Whatever

2: Sha شاء: Means Wills

3: Allah اللہ: Means Allah

(The meaning is; Whatever Allah wills)

The phrase is used to protect or save anything ( the person or object ) from the evil eye. So it is being motivated by Prophet Muhammad PBUH to say this phrase whenever we see a beautiful thing or person.

The second phrase is "Barakallah u feekum"

Same as Ma sha allah,it is also an Arabic word; let's seprate:

1:Barak  بارک :Means  Blessing

2:Allahu اللہ  :Means Allah

3:Feekum فیکم :Means all of you

(The meaning is: Allah grant all of you blessing )

It is a dua that we give to our Muslim brother or sister for blessing.

The hijab is a symbol of modesty. The hijab is one of the rituals of Islam. Islam treats women as queens, and it is a protocol for women that anyone except their husband, father, brother, and son cannot see them. This is because valuable things are not for everyone.

Obviously Islam orders women to wear hijabs and If you study the holy Quran you will see that before Allah orders women to wear headscarves (hijab), He orders first to men and then the women;

قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا۟ مِنْ أَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا۟ فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ ٣٠

˹O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.

And the next Ayah is;

وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَـٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments1. except what normally appears.2. Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments

In 1990 according to the report of the American research institute Federal Bureau of Investigation that 1250 rape incidents took place. These are the cases that were reported. This report tells that only 16% of cases were reported. To find the actual count you can calculate this figure. You will find that in one year how many women were raped and then this figure increases that daily 1900 women were raped.

We summarize our answer with an example:

      "Imagine two women are twins. Both are passing by a street. At the street corner, a rouge stands. One of the ladies completely covered herself (with hijab/veil) while the second lady was in mini skirts, the second situation is the second lady is in a tight dress. Which lady will tease by a rouge?"

This is a practical example that Islam gives the veil/hijab order to women for her respect and dignity, not to reduce their respect.

This "In Sha Allah" is an Arabic word, Let's separate it to know the meaning:

1: In ان: Means If

2: Sha شاء: Means Wills = If Allah Wills or Allah willing

3: Allah اللہ: Means Allah

This word is also used in the Quran,

Surah Saffat: Ayat No 102:

Translation: Then when the boy reached the age to work with him, Abraham said, “O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I ˹must˺ sacrifice you. So tell me what you think.” He replied, “O my dear father! Do as you are commanded. Allah willing, you will find me steadfast.

The phrase 'In Sha Allah' is a sunnah of prophet Muhammad PBUH and we should also say this. Saying "In Sha Allah" has many benefits, such as using this phrase to strengthen their connection with Allah. 'In Sha Allah' can correct any work, making our tasks easier and reminding us that we should obey Allah.

So, everything will be fine (In Sha Allah) when you say this!
